Hi, I’m Nicole!

I approach therapy with curiosity. I have always loved learning about why we do, feel, behave and act the way we do, and exploring with curiosity leads to much more positive change than leading with judgement.

We’ll work together at your pace with your goals guiding the process. While I take your story and progress seriously, we don’t have to take ourselves too seriously all the time. I leave room for humour and being human.

Individual Therapy

Individual therapy provides a dedicated space to better understand yourself, navigate life's challenges, and create meaningful, lasting change. There are two main options:

Short-term therapy (10 sessions) focused on a specific concern or goal

Longer-term therapy (4 months or more) if you'd like to explore deeper patterns, relationships, and ongoing personal growth. Together, we'll regularly review your progress and tailor therapy to your needs and goals.

Free Consultation

A free 50 minute consultation is an opportunity to ask questions, share what brings you to therapy, and see whether working together feels like the right fit.

There's no pressure or obligation—just a conversation to help you decide what feels right for you.

Relational Therapy

Relational therapy provides a supportive space for couples, families, friends, business partners, polyamorous relationships and other relational dynamics to navigate conflict, improve communication, rebuild trust, and better understand your connection.

For many, short term therapy (8-12 sessions) provides meaningful change, but longer-term therapy for ongoing check-ins and working through dynamics is also available.
